Magic Live performance at Heng furniture shop

I went to meet up with Siang at his dad's shop in Air Itam and he introduced his younger brother Liang to me. Siang asked me to show his brother some magic and I agreed. I started out with the torn and restore name card and later followed by the card levitation. I had a great time with them and we ate Hockien Mee too =)

Salad for dinner

It was just an ordinary Saturday. Work as alright and I had free breakfast and lunch at work =P Later in the afternoon I had a good time meeting up with Siang and his younger brother around 4.20pm. Well the evening started out good when my dad and I went to Tesco around 7.20pm to grab some stuff to make salad =) but before that I got alot of tips from Ms Tan in the office on making a great salad. However, with my dad along we ended up getting some other stuff for the salad.

Salad made by me

Once we came back I walk straight into the kitchen and that was around 8.30pm and started doing my thing. Salad was ready by 9.00pm when my girlfriend called. Next was my sesame chicken which tasted good as well...haha didn't expect it to taste good =) by around 9.20pm she arrived before I start putting the chicken onto a plate.

We had our dinner and after that we chat for more than an hour. I had a great time and by 11.15pm, my girlfriend left for home.

Kim Chi Restaurant at Tanjung Bungah

I reached home about 6.00pm today and around 6.30pm, I brought my new house mate for makan. I didnt know where to bring him so I asked him "Cho what you wanna eat? and he replied, I miss Korean food. He asked if there are any Korean restaurant around Penang". The first place that came up on my mind was Sunrise tower but then again I wasn't sure about that place. So I asked him, do you eat "Kut chi" which is basically like our Malaysian Satay because at Gurney there is a Korean BBQ restaurant and Fettis Park as well.

Then he said that he wanted to eat Kim Chi and I remembered that my dad's friend opened a Korean restaurant at Tanjung Bungah called "Kim Chi" and the owner is a Korean too. So I decided to drive him up there for dinner. I really didnt expect that we was so happy when he saw the menu. Cho ordered some Korean tofu soup with rice which I think is called "Soon Bubu Jligeh" and I ordered "Bibimbob" which is mix rich with beef and vegetables.

I didnt know that they will give us some side dishes which I kinda enjoy eating but since Cho miss eating Kim Chi, I told him to finish the whole thing. He is a fun and nice guy to hang around and talk. After we finish makan-ing Cho ordered a Kim Chi Soup to take away for his girl friend because she was not feeling too good which I think she probably miss home.
Below are some of the pictures that I've taken while we were at Kim Chi restaurant.

GH Penang needs improvements

Patient can't be waiting for hours to be called by a doctor or to be admited. Just when I thought that the General Hospital was ok, when I visited there I came back with a bad impression on goverment organisations.

I thought that discharging from a hospital was so simple but I was wrong. My dad and I had to wait for more than an hour and at least 40 patients which is head of us, just to be called and then given some panadol and pain killer. What the hack! That was what I was thinking because I could have just got it from any pharmacy nearby.

It was disappointing and it left a bad mark that government organization are bad or slow. I really hope that the General Hospital could buck up in their services and ensure that their turn around time is fast and not let people waiting there for hours.

Mushrooms...

This is the second time I saw mushrooms growing naturally on the ground. It's been awhile since the first batch of mushrooms bloom up from no where. It looks nice and cute but they are fragile. I just had to take some pictures of it before it dries up.

Aren't they cute?

Looks yummy though...

reminds me of smurfs
