Mercedes Showroom - 2nd Day Magic Show

I would like to say thank God for all the countless blessings that He has given me. The first day was great and the second day was awsome. I did a few things which I've never done in public before such as Voodoo and Indecent. Had a great time meeting with a few people at the showroom and my last performance was the cap through bottle magic effect which I am not quite satisfy but then again I got a round of applause from the audience =) Thanks for the support.

As usual when it comes to food, nothing can stop me. I like chocolates and I basically finish the whole plate of it. The staff from DOME asked me why I like to eat chocolates so much. Then I replied "Have you watch God of Gambler? He likes to eat chocolate too because it gives him power" and everyone laugh. I took a few more pictures of some finger food below.

Super Saturday...

Today was great. I went to pick up my girl at around 10.00am and we went for breakfast. We stopped by at Bukit Jambul area for Pan Mee. It was pack with many people maybe because it was a public holiday. After breakfast I drop my girlfriend for work and I head back home straight away to get ready for my performance later in the afternoon at Mercedes Showroom.

By around 12.00pm, I was ready and head up to my cousin's house to pick him up so that he could help me video all the fun and exciting moments at the showroom. I kept thinking to myself and I was nervous cos I did know how things will turn out. I arrived at the Mercedes Showroom at around 1.10pm and within minutes I started doing my thing.

I was introduced to a few elder guys who was sitting around by my cousin sister. They started asking many silly questions like can I make a girl's bra disappear or make blank paper appear to money. I've decided that today I'll go mostly with cards. So I replied to them saying that I can't make a girl's bra disappear but I can make cards disappear.

I took out a deck of cards and started with the briddle trick and everyone was supprise how I made the card disappear from my hands and appear in the other guy's hand and they even teast and laughted at him and I played along with them as well. It was a good start to boost my confidence.

Shortly after that, a group of potential customers walked in and I notice an elder lady was sitting down so I walked up to her and within seconds everyone was crowding around me. Seriously I was slightly nervous but I know the show must go on. I wanted something that is easy to follow so I did the ACR. The elder lady was smart and I almost lost her card at the beginning. I asked "Aunty can you snap your fingers and she replied YES!" So she snap her fingers and amazingly her card appear on top of the deck. She could not believe it and I show it to her again. It was a simple ending for me but for the elder lady it was Magic! She started clapping her hands and I received a round of applause.

Then I met with a Japanese lady in the showroom and she was one of the audience which saw me doing the ACR. So I told her that I wanted to show her something extraordanary and I took our 2 jokers. I asked her which card she wanted and she selected one and I place the other onto her palm. I asked her to concentrate and think of the card and suddenly the card levitate up into my hand and her reaction was great.

Then later I went back to another group who was sitting down and I took out my chain. Although it is a simple effect but it blew all the audience away when they saw the ring instantly link to the chain. They even tried doing it and still could not figure it out.

After the chain effect one of the guys asked me to show a card magic and I know it's time to do the 2CM and with an added wist. I asked told the guy that it is a guessing game and I would bet with him 50 dollars and if he couldn't get it right. At the end all he could say was "You are amazing" in Hockien Language. Since he already took out the 50, I asked him if I would to write my name over the note will anyone appect it and he replied NO but I told him not to worry I'll not write anything. However, I took the note and did the pen through note effect and everyone was shock for a moment but when I pull the pen out, he saw the note was restored and he was puzzled for a moment.

I met my old classmate there and I show him some tricks but he was camera shy. Anyway, if I'm not mistaken he is the assistant manager of DOME restaurant at Island Plaza. I had my lunch and it was yummy.

When I saw this strawberry chocolate, it reminds me of the time when I was at Cameron Highlands with my girlfriend.

Later I saw my cousin sister sitting at the entrance with her subordinate and I did my final effect which is predicting a card. I asked her to think of a card and write it down without me looking it. I asked her to think of the card, the number, the shape and the colour. As I moved my hands above it, I saperated a card from the rest and when I revealed it she was amazed.

The day ended well, I manage to meet up with my other cousin brother which came back from Australia and by 3.30pm I left the showroom and headed up to my aunt's house.

Getting a good reaction from the audience is all that matters.

Lighting up a person's day. Putting a smile on their face. Making them laugh non-stop.

That's the best gift in the world and it's priceless.

Noodle Station Penang at e-Gate

Noodle Station Penang

I've always wanted to put up pictures of places that I've visited for Makan. Again with God's bless now I'm able to do so now. I've visited Noodle Station for the 3rd time with my girlfriend and I must say that it is a resonable place to go makan for all ages. I notice many teenages goes there for drinks because they offer a huge variety of drink beside noodles. The noodles are served in sizeable portion and just look at the price. They have noodles from RM5 to RM15 which is great for 2 or a family. Below are some pictures taken when I was there last night.

It's has been a long way since this and today we have an awsome Church. I attended this Church when I was in secondary school. Back then it was located at Air Itam which is a few doors away from where my great grandmother was staying. The Church started to expend and it was upgraded and moved to Lip Sin. Thought it was not that big but eventually with God's blessing the Church grew. 2008 mark a new beginning for Church of Christ where we moved into this new building to continue Gods work.

I'm also thankful that my grandmother (right on the pic) has accepted Christ last year and she has been attending Sunday service regularly. Things started back when my dad became a Christian when he way a teenager and later all 3 of his brothers accepted Christ. It was sad that my grandfather passed away without knowing Christ but suddenly last year my grandmother said "You guys are all Christians now and when I die, I will be all alone. I might as well join all of you". Woot!!! I was supprised myself too.

Since then my grandmother took the initiative to understand the scriptures and she was baptise later on. God bless us in so many way and I'm lucky to have a grandmother who cooks better than most chef. They will be food after service every Sunday which is prepared by some of the ladies and my grandmother will also contribute some food as well. Everyone says her cooking is good which I can't deny.

Though, I come from a simple family but I'm bless to have great people around me. I really thank God for this because He said that "I shall never leave you nor forsake you".
